Traveling as Couple
We were given a handicap room, with a single twin bed. It was OK for the first night since we checked in at midnight. The next evening the staff refused to move us to a room with a larger bed. I think this is a great hotel for families and for the purpose of which it served. It was reasonably priced, close to the mall, had a pool for the kids, and breakfast was included. The hotel itself is nice. I swear they gave us the same room that we had last year or really close to it. We don't seem to get one of the nicer, close rooms. We always end up off to the side somewhere. The faucet fixtures were in need of tightening. The tub didn't drain well. etc ...read more

We stayed for one night (Saturday) and there happened to be a soccer tournament or something so the place was just crawling with kids and their parents. It was really busy at breakfast time with long waits for food and elevator service. Otherwise, I think the hotel was great.
